If you are part of a grassroot organization which is registered in Registry Agency in Bulgaria as a Bulgarian non-profit legal entity carrying out activities in public benefit and fulfills at least 3 of the following criteria:
- The organization is registered after 2021 and has up to 3 years’ experience
- The annual budget for 2024 is less than BGN 100 000 and has up to 3 permanent staff.
- The organization operating in a locality is characterized by up to 10,000 inhabitants, or a sparsely populated area, or a rural and/or economically underdeveloped area, or predominant minority groups, or the presence of migrants/refugees.
- In accordance with the organization’s internal rules, representatives of the target group may participate in its governing bodies.
- The activities of the organization are targeted at highly vulnerable groups with a focus on the protection of human rights, human dignity, equality, democracy, the rule of law and European values.
